A hyperplane arrangement in complex $n$-space cuts it up into a stratification corresponding to intersections of subsets of hyperplanes. Kapranov and Schechtman describe the category of perverse sheaves with respect to this stratification as the representations of a certain quiver with relations. I'll describe the analogue on the quiver side of the natural gluing, or "recollement", structure of this category of perverse sheaves.
