MSI retains its position as #1 in Australia

The MSI improved its ranking (subject mathematics) to #22 in the world (up from #27 in 2017) and retains its position as #1 in Australia.

The 2018 QS World Rankings by subject were released on 1 March. ANU Vice-Chancellor Professor Brian Schmidt said the results underlined the global expertise of ANU researchers and the hard work of academics and students.

The QS World University Rankings analysed 1,130 institutions and 48 subject areas in 151 countries.
