Description

Abstract:

The initial-boundary value problem for parabolic Monge-Ampere equation is derived from the Gaussian curvature flow with boundary. In this talk, we will discuss the a priori global estimates for derivatives of the solution to this problem. The main difficulty lies in the non-concavity of the equation. To address this, we use a duality method to obtain a concave equation, and a specific technique to establish the boundary estimate. This talk is based on joint work with Yang Zhou and is advised by Xu-Jia Wang.
