Internships and fellowships

Open to penultimate and pre-penultimate university students. 

Gain 10 to 12 weeks of exponential growth through Optiver’s immersive training program. From theoretical lectures on trading fundamentals, to hands-on experience in technical projects that contribute towards our trading success, you’ll have a deepened understanding of the quantitative trading industry by the end of your internship. 

Plus, if you’ve excelled over the summer, you could receive an offer to return as a Graduate Quantitative Trader.

Graduate programs

Open to final year university students or recent graduates. 

Through a combination of lectures, simulation training and direct project experience, Optiver’s full-time training courses will empower you with the skills needed to excel in the fast-paced environment. You’ll own critical projects and work alongside talented peers to solve complex and challenging problems every day.

Your onboarding and training

Kickstart your training in the Optiver Academy, our global training program in Amsterdam. The comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge needed to make an impact, the moment you join your team. 

You’ll learn the intricacies of option theory and apply your knowledge in technical projects, preparing you to hit the floor with confidence by the end of the program. We believe hands-on experience is the best way to learn, and that is exactly what we provide.
