The Australian National University (ANU) has strengthened its research ties and space industry collaboration with France by signing two agreements that were witnessed by French President Emmanuel Macron during his visit to Australia.

As part of the visit, the renewal of the LIA/CNRS visitors program has been established. This previous program ran from 2013 to 2017.

The LIA/CNRS and MSI will financially support the visit of French mathematicians who are interested in collaborating with MSI academics in research projects for an extended period of time (to be determined by their home institution)

For more information, visit the International Associated Laboratory (LIA) 'Fundamental Mathematics' (FuMa) - National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) visitors page.
