Professor Matthew Hole discusses nuclear fusion on ABC news

Physicists in the US briefly generated self-propagating nuclear fusion reactions in a lab. The next step is to "ignite" hydrogen fuel to produce ongoing energy from fusion reactions, but this particular nuclear fusion technology won't be used in power plants any time soon. 

Professor Hole, ITER Science Fellow, discusses on ABC news what this means for the future of nuclear fusion technology.
