This is an informal reading seminar where we cover various topics in geometric analysis. Talks should be accessible to honours and postgraduate students who have studied Differential Geometry and some Riemannian Geometry.
The Computational Mathematics Seminar presents talks on the development of computational science & mathematics, including the mathematical / computational modelling of complex systems including their implementation issues and theoretical aspects.
The algebra-topology seminar covers topics in Algebra and Topology

Interested in meeting your fellow graduate students and learning about their research? We’re starting an informal colloquium for graduate HDR students to share interesting topics they’ve come across during their studies.
These lectures will give an introduction to the Kuga-Satake construction. We will begin by reviewing complex abelian varieties and Hodge structures, defining K3 surfaces, and demonstrating the classical Kuga-Satake construction over $\mathbb{C}$. We will then discuss Shimura varieties and the work of Madapusi-Pera.
The PDE & Analysis seminar covers topics in PDE and analysis.
