Half Dodecahedron
Mathematics in Art Piece by Teresa Heiss Synak
A dodecahedron is a very symmetric object (a platonic solid) with 12 identical pentagons as faces.
Here, six faces are silver, the other six are air. Although half of the faces are missing, the silver object's convex hull is the full dodecahedron.
Two such silver objects would perfectly fit together to form the whole surface of the dodecahedron.
